Just the beginning

I am not a writer but I wanted to share my experiences with women of all ages.   After years of talking to several friends in my life I came to the realization that we are not always transparent with one another.  We are afraid to share our struggles (perhaps afraid to be judged), experiences (maybe they are not as interesting) and even accomplishments (we don’t like boasting).  Somewhere in our growing experience we learn to suppress valuable information that can help one another.  Why can’t we openly share so others can do better?  Why are we hiding the recipe of success from other woman that can benefit?  I observe how men mentor each other, how they bond and help one another. But we, yes we woman haven't master the art of mentorship and leveraging connections.   I wanted to create this blog to share, explore, understand and perhaps encourage you be a mentor or seek a mentor that can help you move ahead on whatever interest you.  Not only professionally but also with your family, friends and church.  So, let’s share my friends!  The funny, happy, sad and embarrassing moments that makes us laugh a little, cry a little and learn a little.
